I Love My Hometown——Xinjiang

I was born in Urumqi, Xinjiang. It is a beautiful city. It’s one of the biggest cities in Xinjiang. Xinjiang is in the northwest of China. Xinjiang has a population of 2.08 million with thirteen major nationalities, such as Uygur, Hui, and Kazakh.

Xinjiang is famous for water-melons, pears and grapes. I like these fruits, because they are very juicy and sweet.

Xinjiang has many beautiful places. You can go to the Kanas Lake, the Grape Valley and the Red Hill. I often take trips there with my family.

People here are very friendly and hardworking. They are good at singing and dancing.

I am very proud of living in Xinjiang.
