　 pressure is a serions problem in today's world,students in our class are under too much pressure,someone must think I don't have pressure,but Iwant to say,I also have pressure,yes,everyone has pressure.

　 I think we needn't be afraid of pressure and it also can be good for us,if you have pressure,why not to use it to help you work more hard? when you have some pressure, you can listen to some music or watch TV to relax, It's a good idea to do some sports,but don't forget your pressure, because if you have pressure,you just can student more hard or work more hardtomake a big progress.Finally,I want say,you need not only use some ways to make you more happybut also to use pressure to help you.

　Pressure such as a knife,It's useful but dangarous,please use it in good way.
