All winter I look forward to the return of summer's hot,sunny days.To be honest,though,this is more out of habit than for an good reason.When I was a child,winter meant I had to be confined long hours in school,and summer brought emancipation.During the summer I could enjoy life to the fullest,swimming,playing,and daydreaming to my heart's content.
Now I have a full-time job,and no summer vacation to release me from my daily routine.Still,the summer sunshine reminds me of the carefree summers of the past,and my spirits are lifted.Summer will always be my favorite season.
