the quanlity of current college students

As the enroll expanding of the college students,more and more teenager get the chance of higher education,but my opinion is ,only the average quality of the college students rising thus we whole country can get development.
nowerdays ,we can still found that college students spit on the street ,no lending seats to elder in bus,saying dirty words...even commit in crime.it is very horrible that a educated people do bad against the society ,so i think it is time for us to say no to those college students who have no good quality and teach them step by step.
